The initiation (ini-rampe) for ALL, is available on Saturdays, Sundays and all Public Holidays.
On the initiation days there are two sessions; the first at 10 a.m. and the second at 1 p.m. All participants can continue jumping until 4 p.m. following their initiation.
Client : 7 years and older
Conditions : Must know how to ski if under 16 years old.
Price : 55$ + taxes
Bring your own equipment or rent it from us. Generally there isn't damage done to the equipment but we do recommend that you use skis that are 3 years old or older. There is a risk that the skis may break depending on factors such as the participants weight, height and quality of the skis.
The INI-RAMPE
The initiation instruction is manditory for all persons who have never jumped at the water ramps of C.N.E.A.Y.L.
The initiation consists of practicing the descent on a practice/preview ramp that doesn't have any height under the supervision of a qualified instructor. The instructor must be satisfied that the stability and the posture of the participant have been met. This usually takes approximately 15 to 60 minutes on the training ramp and then you will be qualified to take your first jump on the lowest "Le Relais" jump. After several jumps, under the supervision of an instructor, or after 2 hours, you may continue to jump independantly and execute manoeuvres that you feel are reasonable for your ability.
